How long will it take for me to receive the package?
Shipping takes between 24 and 48 hours, transit time depends on the courier. Orders placed after 1 pm will be picked up by the courier the next day.
What payment methods are accepted on the ABYFIT website?
We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay or cash on delivery.
Are there options to track the order after it is placed?
On the ABYFIT website, in the "Track your order" section, you need to enter the order ID, which is available on the receipt and in the email you received.

What are the return and exchange policies for products purchased from ABYFIT?
At ABYFIT, we accept returns and exchanges of products within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. Items must be in new, unworn condition, and customers must contact our team to initiate the return or exchange process. The first exchange is free. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer.

To choose the right size, we recommend consulting our size guide, available on each product page. It includes size details and a guide table to choose the correct size based on individual measurements.
What types of materials are used in ABYFIT clothes and how are they cared for?
The materials used in ABYFIT collections include spandex, nylon, cotton and polyester. Regardless of the material, it is recommended to wash at 30 degrees Celsius and sort clothes by similar colors to maintain quality.
